2. Bonding Buddy: Our team moms will partner with the gym owner, coaches, and the “PTA” to strengthen the team’s bond. They’ll collaborate on organizing team-building activities and social outings that bring our cheerleaders closer together.
3. Super Volunteer Coordinator: Our team moms will assemble a team of volunteers. They’ll work together to create a well-coordinated volunteer schedule, ensuring that other parents have the opportunity to contribute their time and talents to our gym’s events and activities.
4. Cheerleader’s Cheerleader: Our team moms will support and cheer on our cheerleaders. They’ll work together to provide encouragement, send positive messages, and recognize the achievements of our athletes.
5. Record-Keeper Extraordinaire: Our team moms will maintain accurate records of our party expenses, event attendance, and other important information. Together, they’ll ensure that all the necessary details are documented, providing valuable references for future planning.
